330ml bottle, lot 167181, bought at the brewery, Cervezas Althaia Artesana, in Altea and carried back home. Shared with Finn. Steady, frothy white head that laced well. Unclear amber coloured body. Promising caramel fruity aromas. The taste profile follows suit with caramel malts, hints of almond and apricot. Lingering malt-fruity ending, mid-sweet. Fine depth. Pleasant, slow drinking dipa. 330ml bottle bought on a visit at Cervezas Althaia Artesana in Altea. Huge, rocky, beige head slowly fading over deep dark ruby coloured body, clingy lacing on the glass. Smell of earth and grainy malts, mid-sweet. Moderate coffee taste joined by grainy chocolate, and jam-like fruits towards the ending. Fine bodied. Like it. 330ml bottle bought on a visit at the brewery in Altea, Cervezas Althaia Artesana. Patchy beige head to a cloudy dark apricot coloured body. Fair lacing. Sweet smell of dried fruits and almond. Rather unbalanced taste profile of grainy dried fruits, almond and oak. Dried fruity ending. Does not feel that strong. Okay, had expected more though. (Hotel room, Albir 09.04.2019).

330ml bottle bought at Cervezas Althaia Artesana. A stable off-white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Clear amber-reddish body, hazy last pour. Sappy red orange aromas, inviting. Succulent taste of mid-sweet red oranges with a backdrop of caramel malts. Smooth semi-dry ending with a nice moderate bitterness. Medium bodied. Good drinking on a sunny day. 330ml bottle bought at El Rincon del Catador in Villajoyosa. Pours a noisy, airy white head, clear golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Vague smell of ripe lemon. Taste of lemony tartness on a backbone of lactic acid. Drying, mid-tart ending Foamy in the mouth. Partial refreshing in the sun. Accepted. (Hotel Room, El Albir 04.04.2019).
