Murky amber, offwhite froth. Pine and grapefruit aroma. Fruity flavour, grapefruit and peach. Quite bitter with a little malty sweetness. Long bitter and slightly rough finish. Nice but ugly.

Explosive gusher. Muddy, murky brown, beige head. Looks like milk coffee. Mild roasted aroma, pine. Bitter flavour, bitter chocolate, pine and grapefruit.

Ettersom jeg ikke skal på What's Brewing er en planke på B&B et enkelt alternativ: uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Solide saker dette, her har de ikke spart på (de amerikanske) humlene - bitterappelsiner, grapefrukt, barskog og urter. Besk avslutning, det kjennes ut som om Simcoekatten har lagt igjen noen kraftige spor.

From tap at Bøker & Børst 11.01.19. Cloudy dark straw colour. Foamy and persistent off-white head. Solid aroma and taste of a classic American IPA, with grapefruit, lemon, marmalade, pine and dark caramel. Also hints of soap and earthiness. Solid bitterness. Lively mouthfeel.

On tap at Patrick's. An unclear orange colored beer with a small offwhite head. Orange, grapefruit and generic citrus aroma, with a very light malt touch. It's full bodied, soft and smooth, medium to full bodied, with a light carbonation. Orange, grapefruit, generic citrus and a touch of grass in the flavor. Lasting finish. Quite delicious. 190921

Tap @ Patricks. Hazy pale golden / yellow body with a white head. Aroma has lots of fresh fruit, mostly citric like peach and mango with orange zest but also a hint of tropical fruit. Flavor is more in the direction of grapefruit with peach and mango, quite much zesty bitterness and otherwise a decent fresh & juicy kind of beer. Medium body and same aftertaste as the the rest.

33cl can bought @ Fira del Poblenou, BCN, BB 09/01/2020. Dorée/paille, col blanc-cassé épais crémeux. Arôme offre un bouquet fruité sur les agrumes avec es pointes de tropical, petit note verte et herbacée en rétro-nasal. Palais offre un excellent profil inspiré par les US, ici le côté neipa est assez modéré. Impression de citron vert, abricot et pêche, note de pamplemousse avec un tropical qui revient en fin de bouche - mangue. Le tout est plutôt sec/grains, petite note de levure sur la fin.

Draft @ Fira del Poblenou, BCN - 06 juillet 2019. Brune foncée, col fin beige. Arôme est malté, plaisant caramel, grillé et léger café perçant en rétro-nasal. Seigle donne une petite note épicée, sorte de chocolat belge avec un rétro plaisant houblonné tirant sur les agrumes. Palais est malté, grillé, petite touche épicée et épaisse du seigle, houblonné agrumes et herbacé.
