Taste is medium malty base, herbal, orange touch, caramel touch, bit bready, weak bitterness, soft to medium carbonation, not very for the style, partially enjoyed.

Aroma is dark malts, roasted tones, chocolate, cocoa, dark fruits touch, herbal. Taste is medium malty base, roasted tones, dried dark fruits, plums touch, herbal, dark chocolate, medium carbonation, ok nothing complex but made for mediterranean climate.

Dorée-pâle, col fin blanc.
Arôme au bouquet malté toasté-finement grillé, rétro houblonné modeste noble ajoutant un léger côté citronné.
Palais est malté, grillé rappelant le pain, malt pâle pils cara, amertume reste noble et sans grand apport de caractère. Le tout a cet effet de carton.
OK, ça joue bcp sur l'image, mais le résultat est banale par rapport à ce que la scène française craft propose.

Bouteille 33cl, merci Fred, BB 12/2019. Orangé, col moyen crémeux blanc. Arôme donne de fines effluves de levure, houblonné noble, fin citronnée, rappel de nid d'abeille alvéoles, fleuri modéré , fleurs des champs. Palais est malté, carapils, pâle, un peu fleuri avec une douceur persistante, effet belge niveau de la levure, qcq esters et un fini finement sucré.
