Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Gusher. Pours black with a thin beige head. Aromas of dark chocolate and funk, light lime. Taste is chocolate, chocolate limes. Sweet finish.

Bottle from Alesbymail. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and licorice. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 280518

Bottle at Gullane beach. Pours deep orange, nose is floral, funk, citrus, taste is juicy fruit, sharp citrus, funk.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. 9.7%. Just a bit out, then? I’ll send a correction in. It’ll only take a couple of years to alter. There’s a 5 grain version of this beer, that isn’t on here yet. That’s probably 6%? Who cares though? Ratebeer is dead. Anyhow. This pours clear, cola brown. Ring and island of beige froth. Nose has fruity cocoa bean. Green coffee bean. Chocolate chip cookie. Some prune and date. Some fig biscuit. Taste is sweet and cakey, with a coffee bean, roast malt bitterness. Medium body. Drinks easy at the ABV. Soft fizz. Vine fruit, coffee, and dark chocolate to finish.

Bottle from Alesbymail. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty, lemon and pepper. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. High carbonation. 200518

On cask at Raul Ale 2018, Barrow Hill, Chesterfield - Hazy gold, thin white scummy top. Nose is sweet honey, bit of grain. Taste very sweet, sugar cane, with a sharp finish. Hides ABV well. Nice and as it says "interesting".

12/5/2018. Bottle at the Ipswich bottle share, from Worldwide Alcohol, Chelmsford. Pours cloudy dark brown with a very shorty lasting dark tan head. Aroma of chocolate, cherries, raspberry, roasted malt, lactose and light vanilla. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch of sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, high carbonation.
