Bottle. As Lost Industry Test Batch #6 Belgian Apple. Beer Central, Sheffield. Very hazy, deep, orangey gold. Thick, foamy, lasting, off white head. Nose has barley sugar sweets. Floral esters. Dessert apple. Light toffee. Taste has some floral sweetness, that dries out considerably. Foamy mouthfeel. Medium body. Short, fairly dry finish. Not too sweet. Nice one.

Hazy orange - amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, sweetish. Hops start fairly bitter but mellow out into pine, tangerine and a trace of lemon. Light finish. Citric peel bitter linger. Pretty drinkable despite being something of a bitter bastard.
