Description
A great Brewpub located just west of downtown Colorado Springs, CO. We offer a full service kitchen complimented with 24 taps. Plenty of Cerberus beer on tap, along with occasional guest taps and house made sodas.

We have a great bar area, along with a quiet dining area. If you are looking for outside areas we have a sizable deck area along with a nice big patio. Well behaved dogs are welcomed anywhere outside.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a murky, brown color, with a sizeable, tan head. The nose is coriander, wet grass, heavy whiskey, mild baked apple, toffee, and maple. Sweet and malty and quite boozy. Nicely bitter. Heavy, chewy, and syrupy. Aggressive, and quite tasty.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, brown color, with an average, foamy, beige head. The nose is caramel, cardamom, light pine, and musty earth. Sweet and malty, with a mellow bitterness. Light to medium body, crisp, and dusty. Easy and hearty.

On tap at the brewery. Pours slightly cloudy golden with a small white head, light lacing. Watermelon, lime, mild tart, sweet watermelon in the finish. Good fruit beer, but not sour.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear near black with a small beige head, light lacing. Grapefruit, caramel, ashy, pine resin. Good black IPA.

16 oz. can. Pours a dull, hazy, orange color, with a medium, foamy, white head. The aroma is pineapple, juniper, grapefruit, sage, and hay. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, sharp bitterness. Medium body, juicy, and crisp. Solid enough.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear, reddish, orange color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is passion fruit, grapefruit peel, green coconut, butterscotch, and caraway. Sweet and malty, with a bold, bitterness that isn't too pleasant. Pretty nice IPA.

Taste at Beasts & Brews. Pours a clear, brown color, with a medium, foamy, beige head. The nose is pumpernickel, black pepper, and a bit of coffee. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, lovely bitterness. Simple and nice.
