Inky black, dark espresso head. The aroma is thick luscious dark caramel and treacle, roast acidity or top, slightly oaky acid fruity sherry barrel notes. Very clean and smooth. Similar taste - sweet, yet with balanced roast and alcool, almost no hops. Good balance despite lack of hops - the cleanliness, oaky notes and alcohol does the job. Still, a bit too sweet.

Cloudy pale straw, white head. Very fruity peachy aroma, sugary with notes of polen. Similar taste, fruity and sugary, polen, very little proper bitterness +just a little woody. Yep, tasty, but too sugary. An the exact opposite of West Coast.

FEB-2020. Draft. Hazy pale gold, frothy white head. Marvelous white grape, acacia honey, honeydew melon malts, minimal critus hops. Similar taste - delicate honey / raisin sweetness, soft piney hops. (Might be just a little funky / turned.). 3,9/5.
SEP-2019. Murky golden, frothy white head. Smells of dried apricot and bitter-sweet meadow herbs. Taste is low sweetness pale fruity malts, soothing herbal bitterness. All the haze and lowish carbonation makes for a very thick-bodied mouthfeel. Sort of a brewpub style fresh out of tank hoppy ale. Nice and chewy. 3,6/5.

AUG-2019. Draft. Cloudy palest straw, white head. Fresh pine apple juice, no sugars, no peaches, but very little resins too. Similar taste - juicy but not sugary. Very little perceivable bitterness. Nice. 3,8/5.
OCT-2018. Bottle from Berero. Very cloudy/murky pale yellow/straw, soapy head with poor retention. Aroma: mango, unripe pine-apple and grapefruit pith, lupulin, maybe some lime - still strong, but fading away from its September level. The taste is mostly hops - not the crazy hop-oil extract it used to be when they've launched it - more tame and manageable now - bit still unbalanced hop only brew. The body is light but never watery. resiny soft mouth coating bitterness. A light and not very fruity little hop-bomb. 3,4/5.
SEP-2018. Draft at Girafes Fest, Iași. Super murky - more like yeast than crazy hop haze - pastel yellow, soapy white head. The aroma is pure hop juice - some unripe pine apple, green grass, green hop and some garlic - crazy. The taste is crazy fresh squeezed hop oil - fresh and burning. No malts, no fruit, no esters just hops.

31/7/2018. Bottle courtesy of trade with ciocanelu, cheers Silviu! Pours murky pale amber brown with a lasting foamy off-white head. Aroma of hops, pine, citrus, caramel, rye, malt and herbs. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, quite fizzy carbonation. Slightly dry, rye bitterness to finish. Not bad.
