2/XI/19 - 1Pt. can @ the big Zombicide Tasting, canned: IX/17/19 - (2019-1809) Thanks to Katie for sharing the can!
big creamy yellowish head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pleasant smell, citrus notes, bit fruity, resinous, nice and hoppy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, resinous, citrus, some grapefruit, bit malty. Aftertaste: tropical fruits, bit sweet, some papaya, nice bitterness, fruity, citrus notes. Nice one, but way too sweet for a West Coast IPA…

Can. A somewhat dirty looking amber - orange beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Hops bring bitterish pine over a muddled floral fruity vibe. Bitterish citrus in there. A light finish. Serviceable dipa but I would say under par compared with many.

Can. Hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Smooth soft palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, a little creamy sweetness. Tangy and bitterish skunky hop. Spicy citric peel. Pine. Spicy light finish. Hmm! A bit green hop and lacking a core.

Time to start on the darker stuff, before dinner ensues. A pretty well made inperial porter, aged on bourbon barrels. Pretty wet barrels, I'm guessing, lots of bourbon present. Roasty, quire sweet, bit high carbonation, medium body.

I never recognise dragon fruit, feels a bit rhubarb-y to me, but an excellent tart clean beer
