On tap @ 7th Ghetto Something anniversary. Pours murky orange color with thin creamy yellowish head. Aroma of tangerine, stone fruit and coconut. Taste starts with overly sweet thick tangerine juice which is luckily a bit neutralized by its sourness. There are notes of coconut and vanilla present, too. Full body, thick creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Sweet & sour fruity sauce…

Aroma is grassy, woody, peppery, kind of funky, light lemon, spicy, tea leaves, interesting and complex. Taste has a moderate herbal hop bitterness and flavors like the aroma. The foudre really did wonders here. Fantastic pils.
