Description
Evil Twin Brewing was started up “nomadically” in 2010 by Jeppe Jarnit- Bjergso. In 2012, Jeppe and his family decided to make New York City their home and join the burgeoning local beer scene. In 2016, Jeppe was approached with the opportunity to finally root his ideas & dreams and Evil Twin Brewing NYC was born.
At Evil Twin Brewing NYC we wanted to expand upon the traditions of innovation & further it with the intimacy of a local neighborhood microbrewery. With more control over our recipes, we are able to experiment on new flavors while perfecting the classics.
Collaboration is a huge part of Evil Twin Brewing NYC & we are excited to be able to host & collaborate with all the amazing brewers in NYC and throughout the world within our very own home base! We strive to be a community space for all of Ridgewood and Queens and our goal is that our brewery and taproom becomes a place for locals and beer tourists alike.
Our Queens brewery has been a long time coming & we are thrilled to have a home where our families, friends, and neighbors have a place to share our love for great beer, food & culture with the Ridgewood community, NYC, & the world!

Teku showing dark gold with half a finger of clean white foam.

The nose shows intense notes of guava, papaya and lychee.

The palate is moderately carbonated and full bodied. Guava and papaya forward with a very mild grapefruit zesty bitterness on the finish. More citrus zest on the aftertaste. Drinks a lot easier and nicer than what I'd usually expect for a hazy with this appearance and bouquet.

473ml can. Pours an opaque black with a small, foamy, short lived, brown head that leaves spotty lace. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla and faint coconut. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, molasses, dark chocolate, vanilla, marshmallow and coconut in a, dry, mild bitter, warming booze finish. Full body with a thick, creamy smooth, sticky texture and soft carbonation. Rich, decadent and abv is well hidden. Great dessert beer.

Tap at Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Aarhus 14/05/2026 Punchy fruity hoppy aroma and taste with some pineapple and honeydew melon, believe this is the 15 version as getting some of that motueka zesty citrus lime and lemon in play, sitting upon a creamy semi sweet malty backbone, assertive hoppy finish. Lovely

Golden colour, steady white head and some lace. Hay, some grain and maybe hints of wood in the nose. Light-bodied. Grain, some hay, even some sweetier pils malts. Ok pils, doesn't gain a lot from oak I believe.
