Our Queens brewery has been a long time coming & we are thrilled to have a home where our families, friends, and neighbors have a place to share our love for great beer, food & culture with the Ridgewood community, NYC, & the world!
Overwhelmed by the barrel and booze a bit here. Chocolate, touch of dried fruit . Rich, Mouthcoating.

16 oz can. Aroma is crackery, citrus, pine, orange creamsicle. Pours hazy golden with a one+ finger off-white head with good retention. Taste has a light pithy bitterness that builds to a moderate level on the palate. Creamy mouthfeel.

16oz can from Tavour. Looks like pink grapefruit juice. Aroma is watermelon, citrus, light tropical notes. Marshmallow and milk sugar really pop out in the taste. Fruit smoothie vibe all the way, a little tartness towards the back.

Aromas are resin with a little bit of citrus, malt and straw. Flavors are similar to nose and slightly bland. Full-bodied with a touch soft carbonation. No sign of alcohol.

Can shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Apple cider look, ring of head, nice viscosity. Aroma is strong nuts, milk sugar, mild fruit and a tartness that seems like it came up again. Taste is strong sweet/tart fruit, mild nuts, lactose. Not the same tartness/bilious quality as aroma. Smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Don't know that I need to experience actual Christmas Snow Salad.

Undated can drunk 11/1/25, as pictured.
Smells pineapple and chocolate with pecan and walnut. But not really any of it except lacto and pineapple.
Soft, lightly sugary, light sticky. Tastes like white chocolate. Not really much in the way of real nuts. Lactose is pretty strong. Why did I buy this??

Somewhat mild aromas are citrus, cut grass and wet grain. Flavors are similar to nose and on the sweet side. Enough carbonation and bitter to balance. Decent but nothing special.

Draft @ Aarhus Together, 2025. Pours black with bubbles on top. Great depth. Wood, roast, coffee, chocolate and bourbon. Tasty sipper. 4.4
