Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a hazy yellow with medium spotty white head. The aroma is yeast, floral, peach, oak. Medium body, oak, yeast, pepper, light fruit, dry finish, good.

Draft sample @ Florida Beer Guild Craft beer festival 2018. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est fruité, impression de sac de houblon avec petit rétro-nasal rappelant la drêche. Palais est houblonné assez devant surtout sur l'herbacé, résineux sur une pointe épicée et hop pellets, petite touche noisette sur la fin au niveau des malts.

A deep dark imperial stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light mineral notes, alcohol warmth, dark fruits, light coffee grind, pleasant. In mouth, an intense bitter chocolate with coffee grind, light licorice, alcohol warmth, molasses, dark and intense. On tap at Gnarly Barley.
