Suntem niște pasionați. De bere, de Cluj, de Cosmos. Suntem cosmopoliți. Berile noastre au gust echilibrat, în care în egală măsură se regăsește dulceața de malț și aromele caracteristice de hamei. Enjoy!

23/3/2024. Bottle shared at 4TT. From Blackout Brewing. Bit of a gusher. Pours very dark brown with a short lasting frothy beige head. Aroma is woody, dark fruits, chocolate, yeast, peppery notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a tart edge. Medium body, oily, fizzy. Maybe not right.
