Sampled from a can this mead poured a pale yellow color with a trace white head. The aroma was a bit of vinegar and vague fruit. The flavor was vinegar, vague fruit and tannin. Long finish. Medium body.

375ml bottle thanks to Darrel. Pours out a pale straw color. Nose is sweet honey some berries and oak. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey berries.

375ml bottle thanks to Darrel. Pours out pale straw color. Nose is sweet honey some oak and spice. Taste is more of the sweet honey notes barrel presents floral notes.

Keg at Bethlehem Brew Works. Slightly hazy golden, thin fizzy white head, decent retention, weak legs. Aroma of honey, mint, mild fruitiness. Reminiscent of sunblock and also medicinal. Taste is sweet honey, kiwi, strawberry cough syrup. Thin, mild carbonation. Not good.

At the Colony Meadery at the Book Shop. Poured a dark, clear, dark, smooth orange color with a small white head. Aroma was Habanero blast. Mango and habanero juicy notes. MIld heat, but not overpowering. Nice light mango finish.

At the Colony Meadery at the Book Shop. Poured a dark orange color, clear. Still. Aroma was honey, with a little bit of cranberry and a little bit of orange zest. Flavor was cranberry and orange notes. A bit like a Thanksgiving side dish.
