500 mL bottle poured, picked up at the Mead location. Clean and bright golden appearance. Tons of floral character with just a touch of a spicy pepper note. Was really hoping for a bigger spice, but it is a good compliment to the honey here. Smooth taste, cool finish. Lavender like aroma. Lingering sweet honey and floral finish. A touch herbal. Lots going in. Very nice.

500 mL bottle poured, picked up in the Mead location. Clean cherry red appearance. Aroma has a distinct red vinegar note over a ton of sweet honey and tart cherries. Really nice flavor here, with cherries both sweet and tart, caramel, and a mellow honey linger. Overall a tasty dessert like treat here. Very good dog, very good brew.

Bottle poured, picked up at Hierophant, Mead location. Clean pale appearance. Always had a thing for lavender brews. Aroma matches expectations, with honey lavender and citrus, in that exact order. Really nice floral character that lingers on the palate. Dry finish, but a smooth drink overall. Long lasting floral note paired with a gentle honey sweetness. Fun find when traveling the back roads up to Big Barn.

750 ml corked. Aroma is apples, honey, slightly musty, floral. Pours clear pale gold with a ring of bubbles. Taste is lightly sweet, lightly bitter with flavors like the aroma, finishing quite dry; a bit boozy. Less honey-focused than most meads I've had--a lot more like a white wine with a hint of sweetness. Has a faint hint of carbonation. It's okay, but it's not what I was expecting or hoping for.
