Cloudy amber to brown color. Light aroma of caramel, wheat, honey. Good body structure; the flavor is basically caramel, with hint of honey; quite bold bitter final.

Bottle at Chris_O London bottlefest March 07. Slight haze amber colour with beige head. Slightly pukey on aroma, some toffee. fine in mouth. Slightly more carbonation than I would want. However, it’s actually very good.

Bottle, thanks to Sebastian for trading!
Clear, deep amber head. Rocky, off-white head. Aroma of sweet malts, hops, mint, ... Quite unbalanced aroma: quite intense freshness of hops with some sticky hops: stickiness and freshness don’t go along. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour of hops with some malts. Not too bad.

Danke an DerDoppelbock für das Bier. Malzig-hopfiger Geruch. Test vom 6.2.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,10,11,11,11,11 - 10,55
