On tap @Birrificio Marconi (Rome). Giallo paglierino, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca molto persistente. Al naso sentori citrici e floreali (gelsomino), scorza di limone. In bocca è ben bilanciata, leggermente dolce all’attacco con chiusura amara, abbastanza pulita, leggera astringenza. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non male.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold with good amount of white foam. Aroma is definitely citrus, with lemon and orange. Body is medium with marked astringency. Taste has low sweetness, some bitterness, some acidity. Finish is bitter and astringent.

Mouth: crispy, quite clean a bit too grassy for me but peppery enough, raw beer which exceeds (positively) on the grassy side.
