75cl bottle from the producer in Brittany. Quaffed on Christmas Day 2025. Deep gold appearance, moderate effervescence. Good caramelised apple fruit to the fore with a prominent tannic fuzz. Lovely cider.

75cl bottle from Noz. Pours a hazed gold, medium to high carb. Aroma of full medium fruit. excellent scuzzy mouthfeel, full fruit sweetness, pommace, great full body, decent carbonation, nice rustic unfiltered feel. Really good.

Bottle shared. Dark golden. Sweet apple, caramel, very leathery, oak, tannins, dank farmyard notes. Medium sweet, light bitter. Over medium bodied, very tannic dry finish. Nice!

Bottle. Clear golden. Dry apple peel, leathery, apricot, sweet juice, tree bark. Medium sweet. Medium bodied, bone dry. Dry dry and full of tannins, but good.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear light amber with white head. Very leathery, earthy, sweet apple, caramel even, bark. Medium sweet and solid bitter. Medium bodied, quite dry. Sweet, dry and juicy. Good.

Bottled (backlog, I’ve put down 3,5 % ABV). Hazy yellowish orange colour with a quickly vanishing small white head. Aroma is green apples, some sweet sugary apples as well as some tart wooden and mild earthy and yeasty notes. Flavour is sweet, but quite tart apples along with some lemongrass and mild spruce to it. Mild funk as it warmed up.
