Bottle shared by Jay awhile back. Pours clear gold. Nose/taste of caramelized sugar and pear. Light on the palate. Very viscous. A real treat!

A lighter coloured cider with a more complex aroma, apples, herbal notes. In mouth, nice cooked apples, with light chalky notes, smooth and warming. Tasted at Mondial des Cidres de Glaces, Feb. 13, 2010.

October ‘09 O-Town Throwdown, courtesy of Cheeseman. Pours clear golden, straight up apple, Mix of several apples add for a nice interesting mouthfeel giving the sense of getting mixed fruits; apricot. Palate is mixed with sweet concentrated apple sugar.
