On Tap at Crescent City New Orleans Pours out a hazy yellow topped with a white head. A great aroma of bananas and spice. Tast more of the banana and spice. I also picked up some clove. This was the best brew from Crescent City hands down. A very well done German Hef.

On Tap at Crescent City New Orleans Pours out a dark brown topped with a nice tan head. A pretty good aroma of malt and roast. Tast of roast and a little sweetness not that bad.

On Tap at Crescent City New Orleans Pours out a dark amber topped with a small white head. At first tast??? I was thinking this could have been a drink provided by the Horses that pull the carts down the street just outside. It would have made since to call it the Stallion. But after I had a few more drinks. I picked up some bitterness and a little malt. Still not very good to me.

(On tap) A "Pale Ale Bock", now what the f... are we talking about here - top or bottom fermentation? But I had the waiter write down the name, so it should be all right. Neat, clear pale amber with a small, off-white head. Hoppy nose. Medium body with lots of caramel malt and a solid, German bitter, hoppy finish. A fairly decent Maibock - only vague hints of mold in this one. 270306

(On tap) Hazy orangey golden with a small, off-white head. Neutral aroma, completely lacking all fruity esters. Medium body with a vague tartness and absolutely no fruit. Instead you get some fusty accents. A good Hefe is hard to brew - Crescent City misses by far. 270306
