Fiskåbanen 281018. Red golden color with an off-white head. aroma is raspberries, yeast. Flavor is dry, raspberries, malt, yeast, fruit, spices. Too yeastie.

Bottle, #136, 3 years before bbd, shared with Inbreak and friends. Pours hazy golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is perfumey herbal notes, with coriander and ginger, spicy yeast with hay and notes of wood, as well as kandi and earthy minerals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is yeasty notes of hay, wheat and malty notes with cereals, as well as sugar and peppery notes. Sweet, perfumey notes in the finish.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy dirty orangy color. Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish grassy, dusty ginger, leafs, yeast, minerals, alcohol, grass, citrus, coriander, hay, light malts, candi sugar, herbs, orange peel, pepper corn. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, leafs, ginger, yeast, minerals, citrus, pepper corn, flowers, coriander, light malts, bark, alcohol, herbs, candi sugar. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Can. A clear dark golden colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has lots of raspberry, with yeasty, fruity and lightly spiced Saison in the back. It's dry and medium bodied with a nice carbonation level. Raspberry, pale malts, fruityness, yeast and a light peppery touch. Lasting raspberry finish with yeast. Too yeasty this one, and the raspberries didn't integrate very well with the beer I think. 181028

I alle dager. Stout med brunost. Kan det smake godt, og paser de sammen. Oh yeah. Det gjorde det absolutt. En veldig behagelig og fin rund brunost smak i bakgrunnen. Mye fløyelsmyk sjokolade her også. En spennende og fin opplevelse. Kan trygt anbefales.

Golden ish color with some pink notes. Ok head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Mellow carbonation level. Easy to drink. Quite mild raspberry flavor in this one. Also malty and some yeasy. Mild acidity. Popular with the girls. Easy drinkable stuff. Thirst quencher.

500 ml bottle, batch #094, from Vinmonopolet; Nettbutikken. Deep orange to amber colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of malts, caramel, red wine, red berries and oak. The flavour has the same elements, but is neither very sweet nor very sour. Moderate hops.
