Bottle: Poured pink with no head. Aroma is light berry. Taste is fruity with dry finish.

Sample at the Meadery during the "7th Annual National Mead Day" event on 08/05/2017. Pours a clear reddish copper color with a minimal head and sticky legs on the glass. Aroma of berries, honey and oak. Full-bodied with flavors oy oaky bourbon, tart berry and floral honey. The finish is oaky and fruity with a berry and cherry aftertaste. Good Mead overall.

Sample at the Meadery during the "7th Annual National Mead Day" event on 08/05/2017. Clear purplish-amber color with a minimal head and sticky legs on the glass. Aroma of blackberry, oak and honey. Full-bodied with flavors of sweet-tart blackberry, floral honey and a bit of oak. The finish is fruity with a blackberry aftertaste. Good Mead all around.

Full-bodied with flavors of sweet-tart blueberry, floral honey and sage. The finish is fruity with a berry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On draught at the tasting room. This Mead is a clear yellow-gold color with a minimal head and sticky legs on the glass. Aroma of green apple, spice and honey. Full-bodied with flavors of slightly tart apple, spice and floral honey. The finish is mildly tart apples and spice. A little less sweet and less "apple pie-like" than the original but overall still a good Mead.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with no head. The aroma/flavor is honey, ginger, off finish, strong booze, decent.

Sample from bottle #048/100 during the "Local Love 01" tasting on 11/11/2016. Dark reddish-brown color with a minimal head and decent legs on the glass. Fruity aroma with some honey and chocolate notes. Full-bodied with a flavors of mildly tart raspberry, sweet honey and subtle chocolate. The finish is fruity with a berry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
