12 oz bottle poured. Pours a copper color with a medium head. Sweet candy malt aroma. I originally picked this up for the country tick, and figured I would bite the bullet, but it’s not bad. Bready malt flavor throughout with a sweet bread finish. No offensive flavor here, but all is really light and mild. Drinkable for sure. Glad I tried it.

Bottle. Pale gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma is grainy with some cardboard, light spicy and floral hops. Very light bodied, really quite watery with little presence for 5%. Fairly sweet and grainy with lemon and a little metal at the moderately though slightly harsh bitter finish. Would you taste this at all if you were eating larb?

Im Glas ein typisch helles Pale Lager. In der Nase Reis, setzt sich im Trunk fort, dazu Malz. Gekühlt in der Tropenhitze schon trinkbar und einigermaßen erfrischend.

Flasche (33 cl) vom Asia-Mekong-Supermarkt, Berlin. - Rotbraun, klar; wenig Schaum. - Nase schwach dunkelmalzig, matt karamelsüß, leicht muffig. - Antrunk mild dunkelmalzig mit mildem Kaffee und leicht gemüseartiger Herbe. Milde Karamelsüße, zart säuerlich abgeschmeckt. Durchschnittlich rezent, schlank. Mäßig hopfenbitterer, leicht erdiger Abgang. - Für ein „Reisbier“ gar nicht schlecht. An die Gemüsenoten gewöhnt man sich, danach ist es angenehm und sogar süffig. In deutschen Supermärkten stehen viele dunkle Biere, die deutlich schlechter schmecken.

Bottle at The Pullman Folkestone. Pale clear gold lasting white head. Aroma of lemon infused paper. No off flavours just papery. And some lemon. Ok if dull.

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear, pale golden colour with an average, short lived, white head. Aroma of rice and malt. Sweet flavour of malt and rice with a slightly dry, hoppy, bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle from the LWC Drinks stand at the Good Food Show at Birmingham NEC. Fizzy gold skanky thin industrial crap that tastes like cardboard that some incontinent beast of the night has pissed on. There might be a hint of lemon but I think I’m being generous there. Overall, it’s absolutely dreadful.

Tropical Vienna lager with stable, sticky, off-white head and clear copper colour. Sweetish caramel aroma, popcorn, cooked rice, iron, some grassy hops. Simple taste of caramel sweetish malts, sourish rice touch, bit metallic, very low hop bitterness in the finish. A bit bland but interesting nonetheless.
