As expected, a weak pale lager. Aroma is off, smells like wet cardboard. Taste is slightly better, whitebond paper. Looks decent in the glass, but leaves a lot to be desired....

Bottle courtesy of Nisse666. Pours clear pale yellow/golden with a small frothy white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sweet with artificial sweeteners, rice, canned vegetables, silage and old bread. Taste is slightly sweet and bitter with bread, straw, orange peal, rice, lemon hard candy and metal. Mouthfeel is round, slightly astringent and light bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and bitter with bread, straw, orange peal, dry soil and maize.

Dark copper colour with a tan head. Moderate sweet caramel aroma. Mostly a one dimensional caramel malty flavour. But absolutely ok and drinkable.
[Bottle. Trade with Grima. Thanks a lot!]

Bottle from Half Time. Pours dark copper with a slight fizzy beige head. Aroma is noble hop with some underlying lightly roast malt. Med minus body. Flavor is slightly sweet, has just a little grassiness, and has significant roast malt. There also seems to be some rather unique flavor - but maybe that’s part of the hop bill. Relatively light, fairly tasty. Head and shoulders above the typical pale lagers that seem to abound in the hotter climes.

Bottle sample at a Southeast Asian alcohol tasting at Nimrod’s place. Thanks Nimrod. Clear deep amber with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, a bit of metal, a bit of caramel and light toastiness. Sweetish caramelly flavor with light toasty notes and a drier finish. Medium-bodied. Pretty drinkable.
