Bottle as Raspberry Cider at 6.9%. Pours light rosé with hardly a bubble. Aroma is quite raspberry. Flavor is mildly sweet with a little honey on the lips, but mostly raspberry for flavor. Apple actually is detectable tho. Drinks easily.

Sample at the Rabbit’s Foot Meadery. Clear golden color with a medium fluffy white head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit, doughy malt and hops. The finish is fruity with a biscuit malt aftertaste. Slightly below average Kölsch overall.
