Tap at Beer Belly. Pale gold, clear. tart, citrus aroma, clean lactic acid, grapefruit. Crisp and tart, grapefruit, nicely sour but not too much, not sweet. Refreshing and crisp.

Может и немного не в стиль, но все таки пиво интересное и вкусное. Есть нотки пшеницы и сладости сухофруктов, юзу тоже есть с кислинкой на финише.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a hazy pale golden, no head. Aroma has plenty of yuzu and chaotic Belgian yeasty esters. Flavour is chaotic, with lots of estery notes, spiciness, and some yuzu. The yuzu part is nice but the Belgian yeast is not used well.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dry roasted malt, wood, and a touch of bourbon. Flavour has harsh wood, roasted malt, and a touch of bourbon. Very harsh, burnt, and woody. It’s alright.
