From bottle on board Fridtjofen 08.10.16. Unclear pale orange. Persistent and dense white head and lacing. Moderate aroma and taste, with some pale malt, hops and tropical fruits. Balanced and quite refreshing. Moderate bitterness.

Virkelig mye å glede seg over i butikkstyrke.

Bottle. An unclear copper colored beer with a small, off-white head. Bread, caramel and some piney, fruity hops in the aroma. It’s medium bodied and smooth on the palate, a bit heavy on the carbonation I think, with caramel and bread dominating the flavor. Some bitterness, pine cones and citrusy fruityness too. Hop dominating finish though, with the bready malts in the back. A rather boring and uninteresting beer with a little too much carbonation. Else flawless, just boring. 160930

Can, enjoyed almost six months before bbd. Pours hazy golden, with a big creamy, off white head. Aroma is hoppy, with peaches citrus peel, berries and foresty notes of pine and juniper, as well as some bready malts. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is bitter, with resin, citrus peel, peaches and herbal foresty notes of pine and juniper, as well as some malts with cereals and toffee. Lingering herbal bitter finish. Tasty and quaffable, and kicks the hell out of every session IPA out there. Brilliant for it’s ABV!
