33cl bottle from Cunningham - thanks! Slightly hazy golden with a modest, white head. Malty and mild fruity aroma with notes of overripe apples and some slightly earthy notes. Moderate to medium sweet with mild flavours and a rather light bitterness. Not too pleasant, but drinkable.

Big offwhite head. Slightly hazy still brown body. Dusty wooden resiny aroma with metallic fruity pea notes. Dryish fruity peas taste with resiny metallic notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish fruity peas aftertaste with metallic herbal notes. Nice, subdued, a little bit odd, and a little bit metallic. (0.33l bottle, from Meny Strømmen.)

Bottle. An unclear orange colored beer with a small white head. Rather yeasty aroma with hints of sulphur, some wheat, grass and herbal notes. It’s medium bodied and quite effervescent, dry and with some bitterness. There’s a generic fruityness in the mouth, but mostly it’s bready malts and grassy, herbal hops. Fruity, yeasty finish. Neither interesting nor good or true to style this one. 160917

Bottle. A small off-white head forms over a hazy golden body. Some lacing. The aroma is quite weak, with grapefruit, orange zest and some peach. Grassy hints too. It’s medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Orange zest, some pine cones, grapefruit and peach in the flavor, quite bitter, with little malty flavors or sweetness. Rather short finish, that I’d prefer more bitter. Nothing extraordinary going on here, but it’s an honest beer that I wouldn’t shy away from repeating. Pity the finish is so short. 160917
