Draft pour at Some Random Bar, celebrating the Bengals 9th touchdown of the season. Dalton keeper. Pours a reddish copper color with a foam island head. Aroma is sweet raspberry jam with a wheat introduction. Flavor is a gentle mixed very tart, and juicy to complete, with a wheat background that stick around as the berry fruit fades. Not really sour. About a 4/10 in sourness. Jammy and juicy is the post game analysis on this one. Not bad.

(tap) hazy dark amber colour with a small beige head, aroma of nuts, balanced flavour with a long light bitter finish

Cloudy. Typical Hefe for a brewery like this. Not crazy banana or clove. A little thicker and sweeter than I want. But doable and dull. A reliable workhorse hefe. The girl you settle for at a dance rather than the one that gives u a wet dream.

A reddish brownish hue. It’s a nice attempt for an American mild. Too clean of a yeast, I’m guessing it’s American Ale yeast. Also, low hop but not low enough. Clean toasty malt, a little mineral finish, slight unsweetened cocoa.

So the grapefruit is strong and covers up the mosiac hop flavors, which make it better for me. But yeah, it’s juice mix without being a radler. I am going more tired with Mosiac.

Draft pour at The Collective. Lighter pale golden pour with a thin oily head and lacing. Grapefruit starter aroma. Flavor is mild, watery, but clean, citrus character and ultimately refreshing. A bit of a dry, dusty finish late. Pretty good IPA.

Draft at brewery. Definitely a malt centric beer, I was accepting hops. Thick, slight LME malts, low hops. A little rye bread. But the malts are too sweet and syrupy, needs some work.

Draft at brewery. Really nice sweeter impy porter with earthy, chocolate black malts, lower acidity, velvety but light mouthfeel. A little prune. Low hop. Low biterness.

Draft at brewery. Clear dark brown color. This beer has good and bad. I like the malts, black bread with rye aspects. However, it’s too sweet and hasn’t been lagered well enough. Comes of as liquid malt extract. Almost doppelbock. Needs to go bigger or smaller, caught in between. Would like to try batch 2.

Draft at brewery this isn’t really a malt liquor bc it’s delicious. Sure a little sweet and corny but a nice noble light hop bite. But a nice malt character, nothing crap about his clear golden color.
