Dark, pink colour. Fairly cherryish, kind of jammy. Quite light body, with a predominantly jammy berry note.

Sweet cherry/raspberry and light grain. Deep ruby red with a decent white head. Sweet cherry/raspberry candy and not much else. Think cherry freezy.

341mL can, pours a bright dark reddish pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh red berries upfront, with little else. Flavour is rather mineraly and syrupy, with artificially red berries, syrupy notes, and metallic notes. Not much pleasant about this. Artificial, syrupy and metallic. Lame.

Medium brown, not much head. Weedy and chocolatey nose, bitter, dank, touch of citrus, lots of chocolate....like minerally PNG chocolate. Really quite nice.

Bright gold, slightly dull. No head. Litterbox-forward nose with doughy pale malts, mild bitterness, same meh malt character. Finishes with litterbox and butter...now that’s a fucking combination I never hoped I’d live to taste.

Draught at the brewery
Black colour, small beige head. The aroma is bready and yeasty. Dry mouthfeel, very roasty, a bit ashy, with mild malt acidity.
Straight forward Stout, good.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Dark brown colour, near black, with almost no head. Robust Stout, with undesired earthy notes, and strong bitterness.
It doesn't appear to be a true Black IPA. And it's no special beer, anyway. But it's not bad.

Blond colour, clean. Nice aroma of tangerine, crisp mouthfeel, light malt base, lightly bready, pleasant PNW hopping, with mild resins and citrus peel.
Very good.

This is black and definitely an IPA but has no roast at all which is necessary for the style
