New Stout from Doan's Craft Brewing Company

On tap at the brewer. Nice dark brown black body with a bit of beige foam. Good sweet coffee and chocolate on the nose. Flavour is nice dry barley with some sharp dark chocolate notes. Mouthfeel is reasonably full. Okay stout, low alcohol which is nice.

Okay clearish gold with a bit of foam. Nice juicy hops and fruitiness on the nose. Flavour is a good soft mix between grain and hop. Finish is dry, mouthfeel is pretty solid but not extremely. A sessionable kind of IPA.

Darker copper with a bit of foam. Very soft aroma of hops. Flavour is strong oily hops and a bit of grain. Oily mouthfeel and full but also well balanced. Decent IPA.

Cloudy blond colour, with small head. The aroma is feuity, a bit tropical, very nice. The mouthfeel is smooth, a bit flour-y, but the bitterness is unbelievably harsh, it reminds me of some beer brewed with long boiled hop powder from long time ago. And vegetable leafy notes.
Rather unpleasant result.

Juicy citrus and some pith. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Pineapple and some nice citrus with a light bitter finish.

Dark brown, thin head, and this has a nice chocolatey aroma...the creme liqueur is evident on the palate, especially the oiliness. The roast malts are nice, and the bitterness is robust. Surprisingly this is balanced. I like hoppy stouts, really.

Gold colour, thin head, has a nice blackberry hop aroma, moderate bitterness, and again fruitiness on the palate. Biscuity pale malts have just a slight huskiness.

Cloudy blond colour. Light stone fruit aroma. Metallic beer base, strong salt, clashing with the stone fruit juice; some vegetables in the finish, astringency, and more metallic feeling.
Not offensive, but why brewing something like this?

Cloudy to murky pale blond colour. The aroma is moderately dank. The mouthfeel lean, a bit flour-y, some spice, light dank hops, light salt, and then more spice, coriander, pepper, with astringent final, a bit harsh.
Weird idea.

The aroma is big juicy fruit funk like freshly pressed berries. Has a nice pink foam and dark pink body. Flavour is juicy fresh fruit with slight white wine hints. Mouthfeel is medium with some residual tannins. This knocks it out of the park, really nice stuff.
