On tap at Doan's, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out moderate roasted malt, a bit of fudge, and light earthy rye notes. Flavour follows through with medium roasted malt, light cocoa, and a nice earthy, hearty character from the rye that contributes nicely to this. Very good.

On tap at Doan's, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a fragrant mix of piney and citrus hops, with a light earthy element and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is quite pronouncedly bitter, with lots of piney, earthy hops, plenty of leafy notes, wood, and biscuity malt. Bitter and dry. Not my ideal expression of hops, but it's decently done, if a bit harsh.

On tap at Doan's, pours a clear bright reddish pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out tart cranberries upfront that drown out any kolsch-like elements that might be discernible. Flavour is very fruity and juicy, with tart cranberries and black currant character dominating. Juicy and drinkable, but there's little to this.

On tap at Doan's, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of caramel upfront, with toasted malt, bready notes and some nuttiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of bready malt, a nice expression of German lager yeast, and light toasted caramel. Nicely constructed and drinks very cleanly.

Murky filthy blond colour with creamy head. Nice juicy aroma, a bit dank. Soft mouthfeel, delicate malt base, light residual sweetness, but it has a harsh feeling of hop particles; juicy hopping; I got the first pour of the keg and I think it needs to settle a bit more.
As is, it's promising but very dirty.

Cask - Sour tropical fruit notes. Cloudy orange with a small white head. Light grains, touch of tartness and a bitter finish. Odd for the style.

Draught at the brewery. Light amber with thin head. Earthy dried leaf hops, lots of malt on the palate, is there rye in this? Seems like it. Earthy dry bitterness.

Black colour, generous light brown head. The aroma is lightly footy; besides that, this is a wow roasty and chocolatey stout, almost imperial, moderately sweet, rich and elegant, with boutique coffee notes, toasted nuts, dark fruits.
