Golden color, compact head. Very mild ale with lingering butter notes, light fruity esters, very low bitterness and no hop character overall.
Poor.

Dark, almost black, with compact beige aroma. Mild aroma of dark caramel and dark fruits. Good body strength, lightly sweet, flavor of dark caramel with delicate Lager esters, and low bitterness.
Quite simple, but clean. Good Baltic Porter.

On tap at Powell, pours a red-tinged deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out moderate roast, light coffee and a touch of dry cocoa. Flavour is similar, with plenty of coffee and cocoa notes upfront, along with some toasted malt. Not particularly complex and a bit too sweet, but it works well together.

On tap at Powell, pours a clear golden with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out light floral hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is very laid back, with biscuity malt, toasted bread and light hops. The dry-hopping is very soft. Unexciting.

Hazy tan, no head. Whiff of brett, a touch of sweeter wine, maybe some wheaty gose. Tart, salty, wheaty. There’s a lot of fun things in here but none of it is coming together.

Dark. Molasses with cocoa, sweet, caramel, light toasted malts. A bit too sweet for me. Full bodied. Decent.
