On tap at Powell Street, pours a clear bright orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical fruits, resinous hops and ample sweetness. Flavour is on the sweet side (still), with lots of resinous hops, tropical fruitiness and near-cloyingly sweet caramel malts. Still too sweet for me, despite the dial down in ABV. Not bad, but it's not a superior IPA.

On tap at Powell Street, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light pepper, Belgian yeast and some light fruity esters. Flavour is fruity and spicy, with living stone fruity esters upfront, along with Belgian yeast, and pepper to balance it a bit with dryness. Not an authentic saison, but it's constructed pretty well and drinks cleanly.

Growler, pours a dark caramel brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, dry caramel and medium smoke. Flavour brings out lots of dark caramel, toasted malt and light smoke. Pretty convincing German smoked lager. Very good.

Growler at Josh. Aroma and taste are roasted malt, some smoky and coffee notes. Same aftertaste. Not bad.

Slight haze, vaguely orange colour. Big kettle sour nose, not a lot of nuance but some orangey hop. Sweet orangey taste, balanced kettle sour. Moderate bitterness. Could be more expressive, but solid.

Hazy amber-brown. Toasty, bit yeasty, mellow hop. Straightforward but uneventful bitter. So authentic but not all that interesting.

2016-10-16, bottle from the brewery, 7-4-7-4-15=37
Hazy golden color. Mild tropical aroma, pineapple, citrus fruits. A lot of citrus peel in the flavor, and the astringency seems to have increased; mildly sour.
Very nice.

Hazy golden color, small head. Tropical aroma, some passion fruit. Nice, delicate malt base, with also lactic acid, citrusy hop resins; the mild acidity blends very well with the citrusy and tropical character, for a refreshing result, and the final is a bit astringent, zesty. I’ll buy a bottle, but this seems to have more potential from tap.
Very good.
