Cask at the brewery
Dark brown color, near black, with no head. It’s a good British Mild or Porter, with some chocolate flavor and light yeast presence, and very light smoke touch, a bit astringent in the end. Finishes with some roasted nuts.
A good, comforting cask.

Cask at the brewery
Cloudy golden color. The aroma is very zesty. The mouthfeel is quite dry, and the mild yeast presence doesn’t help, instead creates some astringency. Citrusy final.
Good beer, less bright than the usual White IPA.

Draught at the brewery, 12oz
Cloudy orange color with small compact head. Delicate aroma of toffee, followed by citrusy and resiny hops, then it’s a crescendo into more hops and a musky and manure impression. The mouthfeel is bold but rather dry, which helps the drinkability; the malt profile is average, leaves room for the hop explosion, seriously bitter, with an animal character, very resiny, and some citrus fruit and bitter oranges in the final, when it also reveals a sweet core.
Excellent.

On tap at Powell Street, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma packs a punch of piney and resinous hops, with a decent biscuity malt backing. Flavour is huge on skunky herbal hops, very pot-like, with some citrusy juiciness, and just enough malt to back. Really robust and beautifully balanced. All of the 150 IBUs are showing, but it's not too overburdening. Wonderful stuff - excellent.

On cask at Powell Street, pours a dark burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma is light on the tea, with none of the usual smokiness, just some cocoa. Flavour brings out more of the smokiness, though it is still not very pronounced - giving way to notes of chocolate. Very light palate, leaving much to be desired. Decent, but missing some oomph.

On cask at Powell Street, pours a cloudy pale blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, light citrus, and biscuity malt. Flavour is very citrusy and Belgian yeasty, with loads of citrus upfront, oranges, balanced by a nice Belgian yeast quality. Very citrusy but not overbearing. Good stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy amber color with compact head. Original brew; the aroma is delicate, fruity, a bit sour; the mouthfeel is off dry, the flavor is bready and a bit yeasty, it has a very light funky character, a bit more sourness, and light fruity touch; lowish bitterness too.
Not mind blowing, but definitively well constructed and pleasant, subtle.
