The aroma has big sweet juicy hops, fresh orange juice. Pours with good cloudy orange body and modest foam. Flavour is chewy chunky piney orange, sweet and resinous but nothing is overbearing. Mouthfeel is perfectly smooth, right amount of oiliness, alcohol is invisible. This is a very very good big IPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of Another Moody IIIPA on 28 May 2021 at 21:54 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Cloudy orange body and some modest foam. Smells of good tangerine, orange zest. Taste is good pine and pineapple, ends full and crisp and quite zesty. Very nice, alcohol invisible.

Dark blackish brown body and okay foam, smells well of mint and dark barley. Flavour is much the same with good mint character and the chocolate coming out. Well balanced, nice mouthfeel. Quite good.

Soft chocolate and coffee on the nose, has a very yellow body with little foam. Flavour is chewy coffee, nothing else, but that note works well at least. Mouthfeel is full, a little cloying but the abv is well hidden. Decent at least, quite unique as it looks like a light beer but tastes like a dark one.

47,3 cl can @ Antitasting, no BBE info Aroma is quite mild with some coffee and salty licorice. Flavour has salty licorice, mild herbal tones and soy sauce. Just too salty.

Draught at the brewery
Dark amber colour, slight haze, creamy head. Nice aroma, malt, bourbon. It has enough depth, although the malt profile is focusing on the caramel, leading into some roasted malt notes and a hint of smoke; notes of spirit, bourbon, quite strong alcohol burn, and strong bitterness.
Clean, quite good; I wouldn't buy a bomber of this, but it's worth trying once.
