Cloudy blond color. Delicate, nice smoke aroma, forest trees. The mouthfeel is dry, it has a precise smoke presence, not fat like the beers from Bamberg, but penetrating, and lasting; not much wheat character (which is not necessarily bad). Correct bitterness.
A different smoked beer, nice.

Light amber color, small head. Dry, a bit grassy, with a light caramel background, but also some vegetables. Not impressive.

Dark amber to brown color, hazy, with compact head. The aroma is dusty and roasty. The mouthfeel is quite dry but also smooth; roasted nuts flavor, not enough malt backup for my liking, correctly bitter, but also a bit of dust in the final. Good one, but it won’t win me to love Brown Ales yet.

Draft - Lots of vanilla and some mellow barrel notes. Touch of peppermint and booze. Jet maroon with a small light brown head. Woody, bourbon, no alcohol heat. Odd and very woody, you lose lots of the smoke which is too bad.no boozy heat which is different.

Draft - Light sweet citrus and Mandarin. Clear gold with a decent beige head. Orange peel, nice bitterness and a balanced sweetness. Flavours not as clean as the nose but not bad.

On tap at 12 Kings Pub, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Nose brings out lovely piney and herbal hops. Flavour reveals similar notes of herbal hops, some pine and vegetal notes. Just enough malt to back. A little too much of the vegetal quality, but it's still a nice piney IPA. Good beer, needing a little refinement.

Clean blond colour. Modern concept, crisp malt base, just mild quality from those hops.
Pleasant.

Hazy blond color with small compact head. The hop aroma is well defined, a bit animal. Very dry mouthfeel, lean and good pale malt flavor; very strong bitterness, with a lot of hop oils and hop resins, lightly citrusy. Must be perfect in summer, and it's working well with the greasy food I'm having. Very good first attempt.
