Description
Tugboat opened in 1989 as a hole-in-the-wall bar as a libation oasis long before the plethora of breweries opened in Portland.

The brewpub opened in 1996 and featured some 14 taps of craft beer and cider with a cheerful, British-meets-nautical atmosphere, filled with book-lined walls and stout wooden booths.

Tugboat finally closed in 2017.
