(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of yellow apples, marzipan, spices, hay, honey, yeast and toast. Fruity taste with green apples, honey, spices, lemon, toast, a touch of yeast and a generous acidity in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Elegant and harmonious cider with a distinct Champagne touch. Very nice.

Bottled@Björntasting2018. Yellow colour, small white head. aroma is apples, some sugar. Flavour is apple, mild wood and some vanilla as well as some slight yeasty tones.

0,75 litre Bottle, Thx Cunningham. Light Golden with little head. Apples, yeast, semi dry, sour. A bit acidic. Not bad.

A really nice, refreshing and pleasant cider Unclear pale yellow pour and a fine carbonation level Easy to drink Balanced acidity and not to dry Fine apple profile in the flavor. Also a bit citric and some yeast [Bottle from Systembolaget in Strömstad, Sweden]

750 ml bottle, corked and caged, from Systembolaget beställnignssortiment. Sampled on October 5, 2014.Poor degree of filling, they screw their customers it seems.High pressure in the bottle, large pop from the cork, no gushing though. Clear straw yellow to pale golden color, small white but lasting head. Sweet, apple flesh, apple peel, apple sauce, some white wine scent, a touch of alcohol. Apple, vinous, light acidic, some alcohol, apple peel, tart, Granny Smith taste. Apple flesh, apple sauce aftertaste. Some warming alcohol. A touch of somethng buttery, but very little. Fizzy mouthfeel, no bitternes, only a bit tart as of fruit peels. Very drinkable, very well made, might be the best or at least one of the better Swedish ciders I’ve ever had.
