Light greenish-yellow. Still, as advertised. Earthy aroma with baked apples, white sugar. No such sugar on the palate - this is dry, still, somewhat tannic with an austere apple note. Quite drinkable, though.

Draught at The Abbey Cider Lounge & Bottle Shop, Sandy Bay - Hobart. Sampled on August 8, 2013.Difficult for the bartender to pour, seemed to be excessive co2.Hazy pear color, white head. Apple, slight bit tart taste. Tart apple peel aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, light tart finish. Sweet, apple scent.
