Description
Brisbane Brewing Co. is a boutique craft beer brewery and bar. Tucked away down a laneway off of West End’s legendary Boundary Street, it is an institution to the local vibe. Our range of award winning craft beers are brewed on site. These fresh drops are complemented by our innovative food menu, that’s designed to be shared, grazed or indulged as a main meal. Our venue combines an airy beer garden and stylish interior with our open-plan brewery. On tap at Brisbane Brewing, pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy notes and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is clean, with light grassy notes and crisp crackery notes. Clean enough and decently structured. It's alright.

On tap at Brisbane Brewing, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is light, with biscuity malt and floral notes. Flavour is quite fresh and juicy, with fresh citrusy hops and some tropical fruits. Fresh and juicy, with a clean finish. Very good.

On tap at Brisbane Brewing, pours a hazy copper yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, some herbal, pot-like notes, and biscuity malt. Flavour is big on the pot, with dank herbal hops, light biscuity malt and an earthy astringent finish. They nailed the American style pretty well here. Robust and well-balanced. Good one.

On tap at Brisbane Brewing, pours a hazy hot pink with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of yogurt, barely any of the blackberries. Flavour is very mild, with light blackberries and yogurt. Mild and even more restrained than the base Berliner. Okay.

On tap at Brisbane Brewing, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty faint, with lots of lacto and a little soapy floral qualities. Flavour is lightly tart, with citrus and loads of yogurt. Refreshing stuff - a yogurt bomb.

On tap at Brisbane Brewing, pours a hazy clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly toasted coffee beans and a little cereal malt underneath. Flavour is along the same lines, with very faint coffee and biscuity malt. Dry and toasty. Works alright.
