Sampler @ brewpub. Clear copper color with a sticky lacing. Head never fully fades. Aroma is light sweet fruit punch hops. Taste is a mish mash of sticky sweet hops and sweet malts. Some bitterness mixed up in there as well.. Its fine as a standard IPA goes.

Sampler @ brewpub. Pours with a thick murky head that just wont go away, khaki colored. Aroma is roast and a hint of sweet prune. Taste has just the right amount of sweet prune mixed with light roast and coffee. Very easy drinking with a lightly ashy aftertaste.

Sampler @ brewpub. Dark clear brown color with a sticky lacing. Aroma is very surprising with coffee and roast all over the place. Taste has a bit of bitterness coming through to round it all out with the coffee and roast a bit subdued in comparison to the aroma. Very different and awesome brown, like a brown stout really.

Sampler @ brewpub. Clear brown color with a slightly sticky lacing. Aroma is thick caramel malts with just a bit of spiky hops coming through. Taste is of light hoppiness (earthy) and a light caramel flavor underneath that. Easy drinking beer, not weak at all though. Very clean and fun.

Sampler @ brewpub. color is clear dark straw. Has a lightly sticky lacing. Aroma is brightly hopped and fresh. The hops are pleasantly earthy mixed with some light hop sweetness. Hops come of as American. Taste is similar, hops coming through but not aggressively. Goes down like nothing, easy, very quaffable.

Dark hazy brown color. Sweet caramel-molasses nose, with layers of freshly baked chocolate cake and coconut (german chocolate cake?). Flavor is mainly caramel-molasses, and a touch sugary/syrupy with a near cloying finish.

Toasty malts, a touch of burnt bread. Dark amber color. A bit thin of palate, with a cocoa note, leading into a semi-dry finish. Very low hopped.

True amber color. Aroma leans to caramelized malts. Light note of herbal hops. Light roastiness, toasty. Fair.

Golden yellow. Mild grassy hops. Flavor definitely balanced between a light cookieish malt and a zing of grassy/herbal hops. Lightly bittered, even finish. A good session.

Nice looking, with a pale whitish yellow cloudy appearance, foamy head. Wheaty and lightly citrusy, but unfortunately a tad bland, leading into a hoppy finish. Not too shabby palate - there is some body here.
