On tap at the brewpub in Boulder. It’s a lovely light gold with a foamy white head. Nice sharp hoppy nose and crackery light malts. Crisp clean hoppy flavor with an earthy bitterness. Nice.

Draft pour pint at the Elysian on Capital Hill. It’s been a couple years since this was a thing, I’m really surprised to see no ratings on this one. I never order Seahawks themed beer out of the pure stubborness of a displaced NFL fan living in the recently trending football nature of the Pacific Northwest. However, my love for good beer, especially ones that will likely disappear in the near future, won this battle with little to no effort involved. Cloudy golden pour with a thin patchy head. Creamy body, with a dominant pine feature. Leaves a bitter taste in your mouth, a lot like I’m sure the Super Bowl did for some folks. Overall a good IPA, and a fun collaboration between two of what I consider some of the best beer cities around. Good stuff.
