Pours red, small white head. Smell is full, intense, wet cherries. Taste is sharp, intense, wet cherries. Very nice oude kriek, perhaps not that specific ( certainly not in my notes taken during an event like this ) but shows that we can expect very good things from Sam !

Pours unclear, muddy amber. Smell is very 'aged'. Wood, intense. Taste is full, tart, intense, oaky, dry, funky. Nice, rather high carbo.

Pours unclear yellowblonde. Medium big white head. Smell is full, spiced, apricto, tart, funky, wood. Taste is sharp, intensely sour, very mild acetic, high carbo. Not bad!

Pours unclear peachy red, small white head. Smell is tart, very mild acetic acid. Bit mineral, mild fruityness. Taste is sharp, very tart, dry, loads of lactic acid. Bit fruity. nice !

Pours unclear yellow, minor white layer of head. Smell is full, intense, very funky, spices, hay, earthy elderflower. So funky ! Taste is full, funky, spices, wood, elderflower, sharp, funky. Weird, but not bad.
