0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2024. Deep red hazy color, small white head. smells stone fruits, peaches, vanilla, wax, apricots. Lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes stone fruits, peaches, citric, bit lactic, jammy, light cinnamon, light beetroot. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of stone fruits, cinnamon and citrus. Very nice one, but again too much volatile acid, bordering on too sour, a tad too clean. Overall very good but I wouldn't sit on this

Deep red color color, small white head. smells cherries, funky, Marzipan, lightly lactic. full body, soft carbonation. tastes cherries, earthy, Marzipan, lightly lactic, sour cherry juice, citrus. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of cherries, Marzipan and citrus, tannins. Nice one, also rather on the dry/lactic side, could use a bit more funk. Overall quite good one

Vintage 2023. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells peaches, jammy, stone fruits, cinnamon, flowery. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, funky, earthy, bit lactic, peppery. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of citrus, pepper and lactic notes. Rather tart and sour unfortunatly on the taste, bit too much, fruit notes more noticeable on the aroma.

0,75l from bottle at home. Bottled 15.12.2025. Yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells apricots, jammy, light cinnamon, more stone fruits. lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes apricots, citrus, peppery, lightly jammy. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of apricots, citrus and peppery notes. very good one, lovely smell, a tad on the sour/clean side, could use a bit more funk IMO. gets more tart when warmer. Very good, I wish for more complexity and less sourness.

A lightly hazed golden lambic with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid notes horseblanket, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, horseblanket, Epsom salts, very nice.
