Dark ruby body, with a medium, pinkish head.
Aroma of dark grapes, citrus, moderate funk. Tastes much more vinous, with more dark grapes, red wine, tannins.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes elegant, vinous, tannic, with lots of grapes, some green apple.

Lovely dark grape notes throughout. Especially the taste is beautiful, with a dark, vinous character and a great balance.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a medium purple head. Nose is full of red wine grape must, earthy funk, and leathery notes. Flavour is complex as hell, with a wonderfully deep red wine grape character, moderate tannins, leathery funk, and light acidity. Very tannic and red grapes-forward, with the funk further back. Wonderful.

Dark red / purple color, small white head. smells red grapes, berry notes, tannins, lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grape notes, berry notes, tannins, spices, tobacco, wood. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, grapes and berry notes. Very nice one. Lovely

Superficial sample from Billie’s craft beer fest 2025. Almost clear, bright red/orange with almost no head. Acidic, cherry and oak in aroma. Taste is funky, cherry, acid, grapes and wood. Nice and tart.
