Blend of 1-, 2-, and 3-year-old lambic with Muscat grapes from Sicily. This grape lambic matured in an old rum barrel, gaining depth and complexity. A touch of elderflower lambic was addec before bottling, lending a delicate floral note to the final blend.

ZincFest2026. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is tart grapes, some wood, mild acidity with some floral elements. Flavour is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild acidic tones with a bit of funk.

Clear gold orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: canned peaches, sweet impression, winegums, lychee, very nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: some orange peel, very sourish, slightly oxidized, more lychee, tangerines, winegums, lovely beer, very interesting, very nice. Aftertaste: a little dry, sourish, refreshing, more lychee, fruity, peaches, mango touch, very nice stuff!

Clear golden, thin, white head. Aroma of winegums, ripe white grape, melon, apricot, lychee, dried plum, PIneau des Charentes, vinegar. Taste has sweetish-sour plum, apricot and grape, touch of lime, slightly bitter middle of grapefruit, leather and oak. Dry finish of bitter grape skins, oak and citrus pith. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. It does have that musty-dusty element; I missed out on the elderflower though.

Super fragrant elderflower aroma, almost perfumy. Grapes, barrel, slightly musky. Great one!
