Blend of 1-, 2-, and 3-year-old lambic with Muscat grapes from Sicily. This grape lambic matured in an old rum barrel, gaining depth and complexity. A touch of elderflower lambic was addec before bottling, lending a delicate floral note to the final blend.

Super fragrant elderflower aroma, almost perfumy. Grapes, barrel, slightly musky. Great one!
