CBJ tasting, thanks to the team for the bottle. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy dry palate. Good funky dried fruits, a little citrus peel. Light and semi dry finish. Alright lambic type affair.

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 19.07.2023 . yellow murky color, small white. smells stone fruits, apricots, bit lactic, earthy. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes lactic, earthy, herbal, light stone fruits, peppery. finishes rather dry and medium sour with lactic notes, stone fruits and pepper. Nice one, rather on the sour side though (like all the sea buckthorn beers I have had)

Wineglass showing deep amber with no head.
The nose shows moderately intense notes of mildly ripe peaches.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart with light fruit forwardness of peach.

Sampled at Billies, day 2. Hazy orangy color, small white head. Aroma is fruity and sweetish ripe fruit like nactarine and peach. Flavor is however way more sour, nothing sweet ripe fruity about the flavor. Okay but I liked the aroma better. 6-9,5-7-7-7
