On tap at E9, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes, a little clove, and some toasted nuts. Flavour has a proper herbaceous character for the style, with light clove, some toasted nuts, and bready malt. Really nicely made. Very true to style.

Draft 13 oz pour enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Dark black cherry red pout. Very little head. Tart forward flavor with some red raspberry, red wine notes, and a hint of candy watermelon. Sour fruit nose. Long lingering sour berry. Really fun sour overall. Not really sure why I went into a recent lull of E9 brews. Really fun and tasty sour here.

Tap at Imazato. Very pale gold with a bit of haze. Great nose of citrus and tropical fruits. Mild sweetness in the palate, great fruity hops, finishes dry and slightly bitter. Well done.

On tap at Chuck's CD, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of lightly tart peaches, some wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is quite acidic, with lots of sour peaches. Quite acidic, but it has a nice wild yeast character. Not one of their best — peaches need to be contained better. The acidity is too much.

On tap at Fast Fashion, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, some tangy melon, and biscuity malt. Flavour is tangy in the hop department, with plenty of tangy, citrus hops, a little pine, and biscuity malt. Not the boldest hop character but it's constructed well. Good.

On nitro tap at Ridgewood, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of cold brew-like coffee and medium roast. Flavour is rich, with lots of dark roasted coffee, gentle bitterness, and just a hint of sweetness. Bold, coffee-dominant and yet balanced. Excellent.

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a clear bright pinkish ros� with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy and jammy berries, oak and some wild yeast. Flavour is quite acidic, with lots of jammy tart berries, plenty of pith, and a little oak. A little too acidic but it has a nice fruity depth and oak character. Good.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy dark copper with a heap of sediment floating about and a small white head. Aroma brings out the gin barrels upfront, with plenty of botanicals and herbal notes, wild yeast, and a little citrus. Flavour is very citrusy and medium-high acidic, with tons of gin barrels upfront, some bugs further back, and tart, acidic, citrusy notes on the finish. The gin is front-and-centre, imparting lots of botanicals, floral, herbal, etc. notes. With more sips, a sort of red wine, tannic character comes out and makes it come together. Good stuff.
