Cisco fans, apparently. This is a pale purple. Cloudy. Not much head. Tasty, plummy, nice tartness and decent balance.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Cloudy golden pour with a persistent white foamy head. Gentle dank aroma, grassy, faint citrus. Fruity, hoppy taste, resiny, pine. Smooth and full of flavor.

This brew from the Engine House #9 is hazy and pale. Soft and gentle malt profile, nice acidity and pretty good fruitiness.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a murky peachy colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart currants and tart berries, with gentle bugs. Flavour is tart and earthy, with tart berries and crunchy earthiness. Dry, earth and gently berry-heavy. It's alright.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is musty, with earthy rustic saison yeast, oak, and some spiciness. Flavour is crunchy and musty, with oak, spiciness, and some rustic notes. Crunchy earthiness but not hugely complex.

Wonderfully funky and still, bit of a tart finish but not uncommon in my experience with still fruited beers. Plenty of balaton funk.

16 oz. Aroma is peppery, lemony, clove, crackery. Pours slightly hazy golden with a giant off white soapy head that lasts forever; after letting it recede and pouring even more slowly, I ended up with a beautiful looking beer. Taste has a mild hoppy bitterness, some light bready malt sweetness and Belgian yeasty flavors.

On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Greenwood, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is pretty pastrified and complex, with roasted hazelnuts, cocoa nibs and some vanilla. Flavour is loaded with roasted hazelnuts, roasted malt, cocoa nibs, and vanilla. Lots of toasted hazelnuts and a hearty roasty palate. Excellent.

On tap at Chuck's Hop Shop - Greenwood, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of peaches and apricots, apricot pith, and some buggy notes. Flavour is fruity and gently tart, with bright, tart apricots and peaches, with gentle bugs, and graininess. Bright, tart and complex. Very nice.
